Get 'KEARCH report' in 7 days – Explore a personalized, curated list of verified clinics & treatment options that meet your criteria. Easily compare prices, local reviews, doctor credentials, clinic expertise, & more.
Ask Qs, Get answers – We handle all inquiries with clinics and relay answers in your language (pre-visit).
Book with ease – We schedule your treatment and confirm everything for you.
Enjoy K-clinic – Follow K-search check-in instructions on treatment day.

Service Terms & Policies

Refunds: Email hi@thekearch.com. 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of order completion; no refunds after 24 hours, including if you choose not to proceed with bookings after receiving your report.
Report: Report includes a curated list of the top 10 clinics that match your criteria. If none of them work, we'll add up to 5 more. You’ll receive the report within 7 days of completing the survey. Please note, reports are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Q&A: Unlimited questions about the KEARCH service. Up to five questions per clinic before your visit. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Survey & Booking: Survey & Booking must be made within 3 month after your purchase. You can make up to two changes to your booking until the day before your visit.; after booking, change requests are subject to clinic availability and may be declined.

Our platform only connects you to medical clinics. We do not provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions and outcomes are the responsibility of the clinic and licensed professionals.
We aim to provide up-to-date, reliable clinic info at the time we deliver your report.
We arrange appointments but are not responsible for booking issues or cancellations initiated by the clinic; in such cases, we will find a new clinic that meets your criteria or issue a refund.
Laws regarding medical services differ by country. By using our service, you accept all risks and agree that we are not liable for any legal, medical, or financial consequences in the U.S., Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, or elsewhere.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our platform and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our service, including medical, financial, or legal outcomes.
